In the recent years India has emerged as the destination for outsourcing technical support. Manufacturers like HP, Dell, Microsoft, and IBM currently employ in excess of 175,000 people in technology support processes throughout various facilities.
The iYogi strategy has been to hire the best of these and free them from the constraints of working in the 'support backwater' of a major vendor.
iYogi has created a three month training program for its technicians that includes Voice & Accent, Technical skill and a mandatory certification for MCDST (Microsoft Certification for Desktop Support Professionals)

| UDAY CHALLU |
 Uday co-founded a third-party desktop support business in the early years of the Indian IT industry in 1986. He has had held several key roles in startup and growth companies including Newgen Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., with a focus on document imaging and as the Head of Operations at a mid size SAP Implementation in the US in the late 1990's. Uday co-founded a boutique management consultancy business (Concordia Consulting) in 1999, which worked with companies that had a cross border ambitions in the technology and media. He mentored three start-up with business focus ranging from business enterprise applications to media and continues to be on the board of an entertainment media company (Wizcraft. Most recently, Uday co-founded IQ Resource, a niche outsourcing company with a focus on B2B media. |

| VISHAL DHAR |
 Vishal is one of the founders of IQ Resource www.iqresource.com, a niche BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business focused on the business media industry. He was the CEO of the Friday Corporation, the largest information services provider in India with over 230 sources of research, editorial, profiles and real-time company and market information. Prior to that, Vishal was also the founding team member and Managing Director of Text 100 India, a specialist Public Relations firm focused on the technology industry. |
